1-2 lb bag Hash Brown potatoes
1 Onion (minced)
1 stick Margarine
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 lg carton Sour cream
1-8 oz bar Sharp cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Let potatoes sit out for about an hour before mixing with other ingredients. Bake 1 hour.
Makes large casserole.

*HINT: If you have soggy potatoes: overcooked potatoes can become soggy when milk is added. Sprinkle with dry powdered milk for the fluffiest mashed potatoes ever. Or instead of using cold milk, use hot milk and potatoes will come out fluffy.
