1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean hot breakfast sausage)
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion (chopped)
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ tsp. thyme
20 crackers (crumbled)
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar together in a large bowl. Shape into loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3 inch baking dish. Cover with the ketchup and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
