2 large bunches swiss chard
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large onion
½ tsp salt
pinch each dry thyme and nutmeg
ground pepper to taste
2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean swiss chard and remove stems and large veins. Cut up in 2" pieces.
2. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, salt, thyme, nutmeg, and pepper and cook, stirring often until onions are brown.
3. Add chopped cleaned swiss chard leaves, 2 tbsp water and cover. Let wilt, about 2 minutes.
4. Remove lid and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until chard is completely wilted and soft.
5. Remove from heat. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
6. Serve hot.
