4 Boneless thick cut Pork Chops
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp. Black pepper
½ c. Flour
¼ c. Canola/vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.

Combine flour, cayenne, seasoning salt, salt and pepper. Dredge each side of pork chop in the flour mixture and set aside.

Heat the oil over medium to medium high heat. Add the butter. When the butter is melted and the butter/oil mixture is hot, add the pork chops.

Cook 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until the chops are golden brown, approximately another 3-4 minutes. Internal temperature should read 150º
