3 large zucchini
1 Large onion
Garlic Salt
Pepper
2 Tomatoes
Sliced Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion and Zucchini into thin slices about a 1/8 of an inch thick.
Layer Zucchini, Onion, cheese and garlic salt on each layer
Repeat until all Zucchini and Onion is used
Top with remaining cheese
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
At 20 minutes pull out of oven and crumble a piece of bread or crackers on top and place back into oven to brown and crisp
Slice and enjoy

My grandmother taught me how to cook at a young age and this recipe is one of hers that I remember as a child. She would always let me go into her garden and select the vegetables and let me help her.
