3 c. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
1 c. warm water

- Combine dry ingredients
- Add oil and water with mixer running at medium speed (dough hook)
- Once dough is combined and forms a ball, reduce speed and mix until smooth
- Divide into 16 equal balls and flatten with palm of hand
- Let the balls rest covered with a tea towel for 15 min- 2h

- Heat a large pan over medium heat
- Roll out one of the balls into a very thin circle and place in pan until bottom has a few brown spots (around a min). Flip over and repeat on the other side. (around 40 seconds) If they are browning too fast, out heat lower and if taking longer than a min then bring heat up
- Repeat for the all the balls, placing each cooked wrap on a cooling rack

My favourite way to serve this is:

Spread my "Tzivya's Mayo Everything Spread" on the open wrap with lettuce on-top. Then i put, cucumber strips, avocado, sorted onions and, my go-to pan-fried schnitzel strips. Topped with some more of the mayo spread.
Roll up and slice diagonally in half, served with sweet chilli sauce on the side...
