4-5lb Chuck Roast - trim visible fat
1-2 Onions Sliced
12oz. Pepperchino Peppers and juice - cut off stems
1 can Beer
10 oz Beef Bullion ( 5-6 cubes)
To taste - Oregano,
To taste - Garlic Powder
To taste - Salt & Pepper

Hoagie Buns
Mozzarella Cheese
Chicago Style Giardiniera

1. Put Chuck Roast with onions, Pepperchino peppers, a splash of pepper juice, beer, beef bullion, oregano, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in an oven-safe dish or crockpot.
2. a. If you use the oven: 300 covered in foil for 4 hours.
b. If you use the crockpot: low heat for 9 hours.
3. Shred apart meat.
4. Serve on Hoagie Buns with Mozzarella and Giardiniera on top. Don't forget to put some excess juice on your sandwich too.
