Eggs
Sausage meat
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170ºC
Hard boil the eggs for 9 mins
Peel and leave to cool
Lightly coat the eggs with flour
Remove the skin from the sausages
Cover the eggs with around 1” of sausage meat
Roll in breadcrumbs
Place on a baking tray and cook for 40 mins, turning after 20 mins
Serve with spuds and beans
