2 lb silverside roast
2 large onions
2 large carrots
2 large sticks of celery
Salt and pepper
1 beef stock cube
Directions:
Directions:
Put a splash of olive oil and garlic in an oven proof saucepan
Add the meat and seal off on each side
Remove from the oven
Add veg and sear
Put the meat back in the oven with the lid on and gently cook for 10 mins
Make sure pot does not burn
Dissolve stock cube in small amount of water and smear it on the meat
Cover tightly with lid and tinfoil and put in the oven for 2 hours
