¾ lb of lean mince
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 medium carrot
1 large stick of celery
1 beef stock cube
1 tsp of squeezy garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion and carrot and wash the celery
Blitz in food processor, not completely smooth
Fry off the veg in a splash of olive oil
Remove and fry off the mince
Combine the mince and veg
Season with salt and pepper
Add the tinned tomatoes
Dissolve a beef stock cube in boiling water and add to pan
Simmer gently for 30 – 40 minutes
Serve with spaghetti, garlic bread, and cheese
