Same as for Bolognese
2 tbsp cornflour
Tbsp of butter
½ pint of milk
Salt and pepper to season
50g grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the lasagne sheets in hot water and oil for 30 mins
Melt the butter in a saucepan
Add cornflour and small amount of milk
Combine and ensure there are no lumps using whisk
Add the rest of the milk and put on a low heat
Stir continuously with the whisk until thickened
Cook out gently for a few minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Rub some oil in the dish to prevent sticking
To assemble
Smear white sauce on the base of the dish
Lay in enough lasagne sheet to cover base, don’t overlap too much
Then add a layer of bolognese and a layer of white sauce, repeat
Finish off the top with white sauce and some grated cheese
Put in the oven for 30 – 40 mins at 170ºC
