4 chicken breasts covered with curry paste
1 large onion chopped
1 apple peeled and chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp Pataks Tikka Masala curry paste
Olive oil
2 tbsp cornflour
½ tin of chopped tomatoes
1 large tbsp mango chutney
1 chicken stock cube

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170ºC
Cook chicken in the casserole dish for 40mins
Gently fry onion, apple, and garlic in the olive oil
Add 2 tbsp of curry paste
Add 2 tbsp of cornflour
Combine with small amount of water
Dissolve a chicken stock cube in small amount of hot water
Add stock cube to the pan and then 150ml of water
Stir on medium heat until it thickens
Add half tin of chopped tomatoes
Add 2 tbsp of chutney
Stir all together gently and simmer for half hour
Serve with rice, naan bread, and a side salad
