200ml olive oil
2 tsp salt
10 cloves of garlic, peeled
50g ginger, peeled and sliced
4 small onions, roughly chopped
2 large peppers, roughly chopped
4 large red chillies, roughly chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
4 tsp curry powder
100ml water
4 large chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Put the olive oil, salt, garlic, ginger, onions, peppers, chillies, turmeric, curry powder and 100ml of water into a food processor
Blitz together to a smooth paste and leave to one side
Place a saucepan onto a medium heat and add the curry paste
Cook the curry paste for 10 mins, add the chicken and cook for another 10 mins
Leave to simmer for 30 mins with the lid on
Serve with rice and naan bread
