200g of self-raising flour
0.5 tsp of baking powder
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
4 eggs
225g of soft margarine
225g of light soft brown sugar
1 tbsp of milk
X2 20cm round cake tins
150g of plain chocolate
150ml of double cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Put all ingredients into the bowl and mix well
For the chocolate icing
Break the chocolate into pieces and put them into a bowl with the cream. Melt over a saucepan of hot water
Let the icing cool and then put it in the fridge for at least an hour, and stir it every so often
