1 lb. beef, sliced thin
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ c. Thai basil, chopped (more or less)
½ bunch cilantro, chopped

Sauce:
2 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tsp. oyster sauce
4 tsp. soy sauce*
2 tsp. dark soy sauce* (or more regular soy sauce)
1 tsp. sugar

Garnish:
Lime wedges
Tomato, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium high heat. Cook beef until brown. Drain, remove, and set aside.
Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion, cook until just done.
Toss beef back in along with sauce mixture. Fry another 1-2 minutes.
Fold in basil and cilantro until just wilted, serve with rice.
*Use gluten free.
