Ingredients:  
1 can (15 ½ oz.) salmon, drain and remove bones
1 whisked egg
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup bread crumbs (approximately 2 slices)
3 tablespoon margarine or light butter
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/8 teaspoon red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Grease or apply cooking spray to a loaf pan. Shape salmon mix into a loaf and place in the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
