4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) cream cheese
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 lasagna noodles (cooked)
(1) 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce (or use your own recipe) I usually add hamburger or
Italian sausage to the sauce just to take it up a notch

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella and Parmesan until well blended, spread onto noodles.

Layer spinach on top of the cheese mixture. Roll up tightly.

Do this on all six noodles.

Spray Pam on a 9” sq baking dish.

Place seam sides down, in baking dish. Top with sauce and remaining mozzarella.

Bake 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes
