2 pounds stewing beef, cut into 2" cubes
1 big onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cajun
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Put Ninja in saute mode. Add oil, onions, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions become translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Pour into the food processor, and blend all into a paste.

Then brown the meat on all sides, pour in the blended spice paste, stock, and lemon zest.

Cover the lid, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
