3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter, softened
3 Cups Sugar or (2 Cups Sugar Free Substitute and 1 Cup Regular Sugar)
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Tablespoons Lemon Zest

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder, salt together in a bowl. Add lemon and vanilla extracts and lemon zest to milk. Alternating with flour mixture add milk mixture. Combine well. Pour into a flour greased pan to bake. Bake in 350 degrees for one hour then minutes or until a toothpick inserted into pan comes out clean. Let sit for around 15 minutes and turn over to the plate.

If using Sugar Free Substitute, bake on 325 degrees.
