2 cups oats
1 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
3/4 cup shredded coconuts, unsweetened
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup dried mango or pineapple

Heat oven to 300. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, coconut, sesame, flax, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
Melt together coconut oil and maple syrup, either in microwave or small sauce pot. Once melted, stir in the vanilla. Stir again.
Pour the warm maple mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to be well coated.
Spread granola over a baking sheet and arrange in to a thin, even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes. Stir and bake longer until golden and most liquid is absorbed.
Remove from oven and spread dried fruit over mixture. Once cool, break up into chunks and gently combine with fruit. Store in an airtight container.
