1 Tb. Tomato paste
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef on med/hi temp. Add ½ diced onion when halfway browned. Add garlic at the end and give a quick stir, cooking until fragrant. Add sugar, mustard, minced onion, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery salt, cumin and black pepper. Next add tomato sauce and t Tb. Tomato paste and 1 cup of water. Give a good stir and simmer for about 30 minutes uncovered. If desired, to make it more smooth use an immersion blender or put in batches in the food processor. Put all back into the pan and let simmer about an hour or so. If you want it thicker, you can add about 1 tsp. cornstarch.

Cook hot dogs the way you like them. Steam or toast buns, insert the cooked hot dog, and put chili on top; top with grated cheese and chopped onions. Enjoy!
