Marinade:
¼ c soy sauce*
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Thai red chili, chopped
juice from 1 lime

Salad:
4 c. lettuce, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
½ c. cilantro, chopped
¼ c. mint, chopped
2 tbsp. peanuts, chopped
A handful of shredded carrots
2-3 green onions, chopped

Salad dressing:
2 tbsp. coconut or olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce*
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 Thai red chili, chopped (optional)
zest from 1 lime
juice from 1 lime
- mix in jar-

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steaks, 4 hours to overnight. Toss salad ingredients in large bowl, right before serving pour in dressing and mix well. Grill steaks, let rest 5 minutes then slice. Serve salad with steak on top.
*Use gluten free.
