1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 fluid oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 (18.25 oz) pkg yellow cake mix
1 c. butter, melted
1 t. cinnamon
1/2-3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice. Mix well and pour in pan.
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top, then drizzle with melted butter mixed with cinnamon. Top with pecans.
4. Bake at 350º for one hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Serve with whip cream.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
