1 lb. thinly sliced steak of choice
8 slices cheese
4 large green peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. white mushrooms, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire*
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Sauté onions and mushrooms over medium heat with butter, salt, and pepper. Remove, set aside. Sauté steak in oil with Worcestershire and garlic. When done, mix veggies back in. Line each pepper with cheese, fill with meat, and top with cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375º.
