Ingredients:  
¼ cup water, enough to cover bottom of saucepan
2 teaspoons/2 cubes bouillon (chicken, beef or vegetable)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons butter
4 medium (sliced) Zucchini squash or variation of zucchini and yellow squash
1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
½ cup diced yellow onions
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or personal preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Add water and bouillon to saucepan and cook on medium heat until bouillon is dissolved. Add garlic powder and butter, stir. Add in layers, sliced squash, corn, onion, tomato, then cilantro. **DO NOT MIX* Reduce heat to LOW/MED. Cover and allow to steam for 45 minutes, or until squash is soft (opaque in color). Mix well. Add cheese (cheese can be added before mixing or as a topping, add extra cheese as desired).

Serve and enjoy.
