2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt

2 1/2 cups flour and 2 pkgs yeast
2 eggs
1 square margarine melted
4 cups flour (enough to make a soft dough)

Cinnamon mixture:
1 cup sugar
2 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Warm first 3 ingredients, add flour and yeast stir thoroughly. Let stand covered until bubbly sponge. Beat sponge mixture and add 2 eggs and 1 square margarine melted. Add enough flour (about 4 cups to make soft dough. Let rise to double in bulk, Stir down and repeat, rollout on a well floured surface to 1/8" thickness cover and 1/2 c melted butter. Sprinkle with mixture of 1 cup sugar and 2 T Cinnamon cut into 3/4 by 9 long strips form into twists,

Raise

Bake 14 minutes in 375º oven Let stand 10 minutes and ice with a thin butter icing. Eat warm.
