1 9 inch baked pie crust
3 Tablespoons dried chives
4 cups vine-ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup green
onions, cut in 1/8th inch pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon pepper
2 heaping Tablespoons dried basil
1/2 cup Duke's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place the tomatoes in a large bowl and add the salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well. Place mixture in a baked pie crust.

Sprinkle with chives and then with the green onions.

Mix Cheddar cheese and the mayonnaise; form into a ball and place on top of pie filling, flattening slightly.

Bake at 350º for 40-47 minutes.
