2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter or margarine
6 or 7 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, add sugar and flour and mix well. Mix in the can of crushed pineapple (DO NOT DRAIN JUICE).

Pour mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole or a 9 x 9 square or round baking dish.

For the topping: Melt the stick or butter or margarine. Add bread, coarsely crumbled.
Sprinkle the topping over pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes.
