Dough
4C. Flour
1C. Sour Cream
3 Egg Yolks (reserve egg whites for filling)
1 3/4C butter

Filling
3 Egg whites beaten
3/4C Sugar
4C ground walnuts

Icing Sugar for rolling the dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F

Using the dough hook on the mixer, add all 4 ingredients and mix until forms a ball. Refrigerate for about 1hr. divide dough into 10 equal balls.

Filling: Beat egg whites until stiff peaks, add sugar and walnuts and mix together

Dust rolling surface with icing sugar and roll out 1 of the 10 balls into a circle. Cut circle into 10-12 equal wedges. On the wide end of the wedge place a 1/2 teaspoon of filling and roll dough to the center

If dough is a bit sticky, use icing sugar on the dough and the rolling pin

On a parchment lined cookie sheet, place with pointed end down and approximately 1/2 inch apart.

Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until slightly golden brown

Remove from baking sheet and dust with icing sugar
