8 ears of corn
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1 -Shuck the corn

2 – Combine all the ingredients (except the corn and Parmesan) in a bowl.

3 – Grill the corn over high heat until cooked through and slightly charred on all sides, about 10 minutes total.

4 - When corn is finished, remove it from the grill and baste with the creamy mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan over corn.
