1 lb. salmon fillets
salt & pepper
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
2 heaping tablespoon dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with Pam cooking spray.
Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and dill, Stir until smooth and evenly combined.
Spread dill mixture evenly over top of the salmon fillets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
