3 lbs pasta (1 lb of 3 different types - spirals, shells, rigatoni, penne,etc)
6 qts Ragu (or your favorite sauce)
2 lbs ground beef
5 oz pepperoni slices
1 lb provolone slices
1 lb mozzarella slices
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add pepperoni and sauce to browned beef and simmer for 45 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, boil water and cook pasta until it is al dente (tender but firm) . Drain.
In a large roaster:
Coat the bottom with a thin layer of sauce.
Layer as follows:
Pasta
Meat sauce
Parmesan
Mozzarella
Provolone
Repeat layers
The top should be loaded with cheese

Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Or longer if it was prepared and refrigerated the day before.
Bake until heated through and bubbly.
