1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbls fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbls red wine vinegar
2 Tbls water
2 Tbls finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste


4 cups romaine lettuce leaves
1 large cucumber, diced
1 avocado , chopped
1/2 large red pepper, cut into thin strips
9 oz grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives, sliced
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
pepperoni
5-6 tbl feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in large pot of salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water to take the heat out. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients

Add all of the salad ingredient to the bowl with pasta and drizzle with the dressing.
