3½ c. cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 c. red onion, sliced thin
¾ tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sesame oil
¼ c. rice vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cucumbers and onions into a large bowl.
2. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
3. In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar and granulated sugar until well combined.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss well until fully coated.
5. Refrigerate or serve immediately with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
