- ½ cup of steamed steel cut oats
- A bowl of spring mix or any salad mix
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 can of tuna (in olive oil)
- Walnuts (or Almonds or any nuts)
- Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Pepper
- Salt
- Italian Seasoning

Step 1
Steam ½ cup of steel cut oats for 25 minutes in a cooker or until there is no more water.

Step 2
Put the tuna inside the bowl of spring mix. Cut the tomatoes and put it in the salad bowl. Gently spread olive oil on the salad bowl. Put a tablespoon of mayonnaise or salad dressing into the bowl and mix the bowl so that the spread is covering all of the salad.

Step 3
Add the steamed steel cut oatmeal to the bowl. Mix the oatmeal with the other ingredients in the bowl. Add some salt and pepper and Italian seasoning or other seasoning of your choice onto the bowl

Step 4
Enjoy your meal.
