1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
Saute for 20 minutes in 1/4 cup butter (do not brown)

Make a cream sauce of:
1/4 cup butter
2 TBS flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
Thicken sauce and add enough to moisten seafood but not make it soupy.

Combine parts 1 and 2 and add:
1 pkg crab meat cut into bite size pieces
1 lb shrimp cleaned and cut into bite size pieces if large
some scallops if desired

Line buttered casserole with 3 cups of cooked brown rice. (I used Rice a
Roni wild rice mix which I precooked) Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
This can be made ahead, refrigerated, and bake when needed. It freezes
very well.
