3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage--Hot (can substitute regular, if you want a more mild flavor)
1 box chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing mix
3 eggs
12 oz carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion (can substitute ¼ c. onion flakes)
1 c. of milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the following to form meatballs: beef, sausage, stuffing, 4 oz. of sour cream, eggs and onion.
2. Bake meatballs in a covered dish for 30 mins. Optional: Can turn them once at 15 mins.
3. In crockpot, while meatballs are cooking, add the soups and 4 oz. of sour cream. Milk to the consistency you like your gravy. Can also add a little grease from cooking the meatballs.
4. Add meatballs to gravy. Let sit in crockpot with gravy for 1-2 hours on high.
