3 cups bread crumbs from a french bread loaf (I just use the insides, 1 inch cubes)
2/3 cup milk
2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 lb sweet Italian pork sausage (turkey Italian sausage works well)
4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto chopped
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese (I use the great value Italian shredded cheese
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more if you want it hotter)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper, just a tsp
3 tbs of olive oil

Marinara sauce such as Rao's
Preheat oven to 400, line two baking sheets with parchment paper Place the bread in a bowl and add milk, set aside In large mixing bowl combine everything with your hands. Form 2 inch meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce and spaghetti, enjoy!!
