Ingredients:  
3 - 4 boneless checkend breasts, cut in half and pounded thin
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of white wine or cooking sherry
1 cup Pepperidge Farms Herb stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a greased pan
Place Swiss cheese slices on of chicken
Mix soup and wine together and spread over cheese
Sprinkle stuffing crumbs over top
Put small pads of butter on top of stuffing mix for each piece of chicken
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
Suggest serving over brown rice and with broccoli
