Chicken drummettes (16-24)
3 eggs, beaten
cornstarch
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 clove garlic minced
4 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs together. Coat drummettes with egg mixture then roll in cornstarch.
Fry coated drummettes in 1/2 inch oil in fry pan until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Place in backing dish

Mix sauce: white vinegar, water, sugar , catsup, garlic and soy sauce. Pour sauce mixture over fried drummettes in backing dish.

Bake 1 hour at 350F , baste and turn 2 times while baking. Serve warm or cold. Drummettes can be coated and frozen for convenient use at a later time. Sauce can be mixed and stored in refrigerator for next day's use.
