3 cans of ChickPeas
I small Pot
Tahina paste (Found at Middleastern or Asian Grocery)
Morton Salt
2 lemons
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up the garlic and set aside
Put three cans of chickpeas into the pot and heat to a quick boil
Drain the water from the heated chickpeas and reserve for later use

Put the previously heated chickpeas in the food processor
Spoon three to four generous tablespoons of Tahina sesame paste into the food processor
Add one teaspoons of salt into the food processor
Squeeze one lemon into the food processor
Throw the fining chopped garlic into food processor

Turn on the food processor on low, slowing adding the reserved chickpea water back into the food processor
The chickpeas will become a smooth paste, add additional reserved water as necessary
Spoon out on to a serving plater and garnish with pickles, olives, and paprika, and olive oil.
Toast and server with arabinan bread, of your favorite tortilla chips
