1 lb of ground beef
1 large egg
2/3 cup rice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
32 oz of V8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except V8 juice in large bowl. Shape meatballs into golf ball size and place in 12 inch skillet.
2. Pour V8 juice over meatballs until covered.
3. Simmer on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
4. Skim any fat off the surface of sauce before serving. Goes well over mashed potatoes or plain rice.
