Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
1 bx rice a roni fried rice
1 egg
2 tbs worchestershire sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 ¾ c. water or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl except for water or broth and seasoning packet that comes with rice.

Roll into ping pong ball size balls.

Heat 2 tbs oil on med high in large non stick skillet and brown meatballs really well on all sides.

Mix water or broth and packet of seasoning that came with rice and add to skillet with meatballs.

Cook on low according to rice directions or until rice looks cooked. Turn meatballs at least once during cooking. If water gets too low add another ¼ cup.

These are great as an appetizer or over rice or mashed potatoes and the juice from the meatballs makes a great gravy.

I have done them with beef rice a roni and it was really good as well. Make sure no matter what rice you use that it is instant or it will not cook through.
