1 lb. linguica
1 lb. chorizo
1-2 bunches of baby kale, remove center stem, chop
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 can small kidney or pink beans
1 large potato, chopped into small cubes
¼ cup elbow macaroni or small pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Add cut up kale, cabbage and 2 cups water. Bring to boil and simmer ½ hour.
Add 2 more cups water and simmer ½ hour more.
Add potatoes and 2 more cups of water. Simmer 20 minutes.
Add drained beans and 1 more cup of water (if necessary).
Add pasta and simmer until soft.
Enjoy with Portuguese bread.
