2¼ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ c. margarine
¾ c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
(or use Bisquick)
apples grated
sugar
cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough using flour, baking powder, margarine, milk, and salt. Or can use Bisquick.
Roll into 3" or 4" squares. Grate apples, add sugar and cinnamon to taste and fold 2 tbsp. of apples on square and seal. Boil 2 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. butter. Pour syrup over dumplings- dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes at 375º. Serve warm.
