Crust:
1⅓ c. flour
1½ tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
Filling:
2 egg whites beat till fluffy
10 oz. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Whip together oil and milk. Add oil mixture with flour mixture. Pour evenly in 9"pie pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 425º. Cool.
Filling: Beat 2 egg whites until fluffy. Add frozen strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed 15 minutes or more. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in cooled shell and freeze.
