Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Mom used to buy a 7 bone roast and marinate in this recipe for a day or so. Then she would BBQ it. The oil would cause the outside to char, sealing the juices in the meat.

It was one of my favorites!

Nowadays, it's hard to find a 7 bone roast, so any thickish cut of meat would work well.
