125g (4 oz) butter
180g (6.5 oz) dark chocolate
2 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup gluten free flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 320º

Melt butter and chocolate together. Stir through cocoa powder. Stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing very well after each addition. Add flour and stir. Pour into lined square cake tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
