3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsps. minced ginger
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup loosely packed light light brown sugar*
3 tbsps. mirin
1 ½ tsps. sesame oil
1 tbsps. honey
3 tbsps. cornstarch mixed in ¼ cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan on medium low. Bring to a boil and then turn to low and let simmer for 4 minutes. Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container or use immediately. Store in fridge for up to a week.
