20-25 minutes

2 1/4 cups butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups corn starch
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
3 cups flour

Preheat oven to 325º

Cream butter, add vanilla and dry ingredients, mix well.

Shape into balls and place 1 1/2" apart. Flatten with a lightly floured fork.

Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
